I don’t know if you are trying too hard but first you need to stop swaying back and fourth so much it is too much movement and your special hand movements makes it look like you’re trying to hard to dance.

I love your lessons …
I love your lessons, they are unique, you look GREAT, your arms are beautiful and elegant. Hard dance, soft dance? What does it matter so long as you dance! Hula promotes individuality, I’ll never hate only celebrate, especially those who take the time to share their knowledge when they don’t have to and for FREE! Thank you hula lady!

I have a question.. is the size of the hula hoop important? because I have a small one, it´s not as big as the one in the video, and probably that´s why I can´t do it, o maybe I´m just horrible at hula hooping
