HOW THE HELL DO I GET ABS?

i mean look i do crunches and five pound hulla hoops and everything so like please explain an easy way to get hot abs

Check out these 2 sites, I got tired of the usual crunches and sit ups. These 2 sites offer alternatives to the traditional and boring ab shaping workouts. I love Belly dancing. You can shop around for numerous videos, or take a local belly dancing class. It works everything, but does focus a lot on your abs and hips. It’s a total body workout, trust me. It makes you feel very sexy as well. Look at Beyonce and Shakira, their Hips don’t Lie!!!!

    You have to get rid of that thin layer of fat across your stomach, so you need to do cardio, thats the main part of getting abs, but also do ab workouts, which you already do..so you either need to lose more fat on your stomach or you need to work out more

    Eating 6 smaller meals a day will stabilize blood sugar. Then, drink at least 12 cups of water a day. Then, this is the most important part…. ready for it…… the other guy was right…….. YUP! CARDIO! You will have to do 45 minutes 5 days a week until that body fat get burned off over your abs. Hard work, but worth it in the end.

    Crunches and sit-ups are so over-rated! If I did the amount of crunches and or sit-ups needed to maintain my abs I think I would get motion sickness!
    Have you tried that little blue thing called the Ab-Slide? You can find one for cheap on ebay. It DOES work, you just can’t be lazy or punk out once you start feeling the burn. It’s less work than crunches and hula hooping and also you will see results FAST!
    I don’t always make time to work on my abs with the Ab-Slide but I keep them in fantastic shape by working on them throughout the day. When standing, walking, driving, (or even sitting at the computer) you can give your abdominal muscles a great workout by squeezing them in tight. It sounds silly but it WORKS! If you pull your stomach muscles in as tight as you can and hold for maybe a minute (longer is better) you will really feel the tightness. I unconsciously do this for a couple hours during the day and it maintains my midsection.
    Any other exercise you do especially running or aerobics, remember to suck your abs in super tight. Don’t just hold them in, squeeze and suck them into your body as you would if Paul Walker saw you in a bikini on the beach. Every little bit helps and the more often you hold them in that position the sooner you will see results!
