Within a week, if i hula about an hr in the morning, an hr in the afternoon , an hr in the night.
Also i’m going to be running to. for about 30 mintues.
By the way i’m 16 and 5′1. And i weigh 118. 34-35-35 is my measurments…
Sorry, but this does depend on how fast you hoop, and on what body part. and on other factors such as diet.
If you’re new to hooping though, I really would not recommend hooping for that long at first. start with fifteen minutes a day, and work your way up over a month or so. you do that, and you’ll be able to lose weight and keep it off.
If you keep trying for three hours, one of two things is likely to happen:
You’ll get tired because you tried for more than you were ready for,
Or you’ll make your self really, really sick.

I’ve been Hooping regularly with a 5lb hoop for the past year and a half. And I went to a Hooping Intensive once, where I hooped far more than I was ready for, and afterward, I had all the nasty symptoms of a flu And I was sore form head to toe. Done in reasonable amounts, or building up to larger amounts, hooping can keep you fit. But reasonable is the key word.
