Would hula-hooping be a good exercise for your hips?

Because that’s the place that i reall want to target and get slimmer.
But im not sure if hula-hooping is good.
What would be best?

Hula Hoop Exercises are great for that region. It directly targets your lower body, especially abs, hips and tummy. I suggest using a weighted hula hoop as it will add more resistance. Great Cardio and Muscle Toning.
