I read that a model uses a basic hula hope for an hour and a half a day and that how she keeps her mid section toned… Is this true?
You should try it and see for yourself. If your abs are sore, then it might just work. Actually it is a legitimate exercise. You should not limit yourself to the hula hoop. Exercise the rest of your body as well. Have fun. Maybe you could have a hula party or a contest. Some people even use it like a rigid jump rope.
