does anybody know the benefits of hula hooping?

I’m wondering about it’s benefits because i’ve been hula hooping every day for exactly an hour continuously (without stopping) and I want to know what it’s gonna do. Btw- It’s a regular kids hula hoop (good quality though)

Your hips, inner, and outer thighs are strengthened. It raises your heart rate and burns calories so it is a good cardiovascular activities. I have a club @ my school. People have gone 2+ hours w/o stopping and they can run a 6min mile.
