How do you make a fabric covered hula hoop?

I have made and decorated (with tape) about 10 hula hoops for myself and friends. I can make those with no problem. On Etsy i’ve seen a few hoops covered with fabric. I order my tape online because i cannot find it locally. But FABRIC i can find easily around town. I know that there is fabric glue and a spray glue called m3, and those might work.

If anyone has any experience in making these would you please guide me in the right direction on how to make these?
