I ordered a hoop from BettyHoops.com and it wasn’t going to arrive in time for my trip to Tokyo. Lucky for me, Betty kindly offered her personal traveling hula hoop so that I could workout while in Japan. The least I could do is take it around on one of our trips and get innocent bystanders to use it as I took some snapshots of them reverting to their childhood days. And boy did they!

Don’t count calories. That will just make you stress out, and stress will mess with all of your systems (including your digestive system, which might slow down your metabolism).
But good job exercising – most people can’t do it. Any exercise improves your metabolism.
Try to only eat when you are hungry and work out a little (even if it’s walking) and you should be fine!
