Hula Hoop

My daughter bought hers at the Dollar Tree for $1.00 and has been hula hooping for weeks now!!

how much do u lose hulla hooping? how long should i do it to burn at least 100 calories? what part of ur body does it workout?

Just visit a rattan shop or a games store at corners of Spore like sungei rd or pasir panjang village and make your choice……just ask around to know more places.

I have a plastic hula hoop and does anyone know how ot make it heavier, aside from putting a ton of gaffer tape on it?

ok try cutting the hoola hoop straight somewhere, then pour sand in one end to make it heavy enough, when you get it heavy enough, put the ends that you cut together again, and with duct tape or another strong tape, tape it around twice make sure that the ends meet perfectly so the sand doesnt spill out. Its best to exercise for losing weight. It is the HEALTHIEST way for weight loss.

Any hula hoop should work. If you get one and just start with it, your body will be in a lot of movement. And movement is an important component of exercise. There will be calories burning.

I am contemplating buying one those hula hoops with the bumps on the inside. They are supposed to help tone to midsection, but I am questioning how credible this really is. Could it just cause bruises and stretch marks around my belly? What do you think?

The bumps will do nothing to tone your muscles at all. The hula hoop can help because it makes you work your stomach and back muscles but forget the bumps – it’s just a gimmick.
